Given the nature of the business, working with almost impossible timelines is a reoccurring theme. Just before the launch of Capture One 11 in November 2017 I was given the opportunity to interview three of the soon-to-be-announced Capture One Brand Ambassadors - John Schell, Pratik Naik, and Clay Cook. The challenge was we had two weeks to plan three shoots in New York City over only two days and each shoot was from concept to execution. I also had to ensure the Ambassadors, who were scatted all over the US, were there at the right times.
Within the two week timeline I found a location, a film crew, set photographer, wrote three scripts and briefs, coordinated flights and accommodations, played set designer, producer, director, and editing supervisor. The film was shot in New York with a local crew but due to budgets it was edited in with a different team in London, adding an additional level of stakeholder management.

Working with the Ambassadors was tremendous fun and although we were pressed for time the feedback we received on the interview series was resoundingly positive. The films delivered above and beyond my original brief and the passion and knowledge these photographers have for the brand came through from the very beginning.
